Real Estate Investing

As the stock market becomes less stable, more and more people are becoming interested in investing in real estate.  Investing in real estate is neither for the weak nor the faint of heart.  Learning to analyze property for investment involves a good deal of time and guidance.  Just because a property is going into foreclosure, or already has foreclosed and is owned by a bank, does not automatically make it a good deal.  Investment properties are analyzed purely from their financial aspect.  Each investor needs to set their own strategy for their properties.  Some prefer to wholesale a property by buying it very, very cheaply, then selling it immediately to a rehabber for a quick small profit.  Others prefer to buy at wholesale, do all the repairs and fix up, then sell to a homeowner at a profit for their time and effort.  Still others prefer to buy homes at a discount that need very little work and are essentially tenant ready, then hold them as rentals for the long term.  My real estate investming blog has more details at : <http://www.buylouisvillerentals.com/>
